The Tennessean is reporting the the fire, which happened at a RaceWay gas station in Nashville, has been ruled accidental. The driver was moving fuel between two underground tanks. Witnesses said they saw fuel spewing into the air before the fire started. The driver was was burned over 60% of his body. He later died at the hospital.
